At about 7:30 a.m., Takashemia Sanders was driving west on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard when she for some reason lost control of her vehicle and drove over a railroad crossing, before veering to the right and striking a tree. Both Sanders and 30-year-old Mickal Graham were thrown from the vehicle, only Graham survived, and was stabilized at the hospital.
