Witnesses helped the 39-year-old driver, Tron L. Morgan, from the burning vehicle and officers helped remove 37-year-old passenger Steed C. Garrison. They were taken to Bayfront Hospital with serious injuries.

Everyone in the car was under the influence, therefore everyone should be held accountable..

Seriously?  Only one person decided to drive under the influence, the others may have made a mistake by trusting him to be sober enough to drive but that's not criminal, just a bad decision.  Driver is responsible for everyone in the vehicle's life as well as everyone else on the road.
