One person critical after crash thwarts Howard Frankland Bridge traffic

Troopers said a furniture dolly in the roadway started the chain-reaction crash. 

At 4:41 a.m., a car struck the dolly and lost control, hitting the RV, which then crashed into the barrier wall. The RV took a chunk of concrete out of the wall upon impact. 

ONE DEAD, ONE SERIOUSLY INJURED AFTER CRASH ON HOWARD FRANKLAND

Troopers said a 2008 Toyota Corolla driven by Larsh swerved to avoid a dolly laying in the roadway and hit a 2013 mobile home/rcreational vehicle driven by Pierre Clement, 64, of Saint Roche de Lourde, Canada.
