Man charged with DUI with infant in vehicle - WTOP

The Hillsborough County Sheriff'€™s Office reports a deputy pulled over 27-year-old John McGettrick Thursday night after a witness reported that he had been involved in a crash and drove away. The deputy reported McGettrick showed signs of impairment and became hostile. Breathe tests showed McGettrick had a blood alcohol level of 0.238 and 0.226 percent. Florida law considers a driver impaired at 0.08. A news release says a 10-month-old baby in McGettrick'€™s vehicle was not injured.
