Brandon Wesson, 21, was killed when his motorcycle, heading west on Hypoluxo Road, was struck by the pickup of Victor Villanueva Rivera, 48, who was making a left turn off eastbound Hypoluxo onto Lawrence Road.

If convicted Rivera would serve his time in prison. The federal government will then step in before his release date to determine if he should be deported.
