A vehicle that Zucalla had apparently been driving was found parked on the west shoulder of the roadway, FHP said
Borrows was on his way home after finishing his shift, according to a statement from the Jupiter Police Department.

An incident report says Johnston Andrew Zuccala’s vehicle was later found parked on the shoulder of the road.
In a statement, Jupiter police offered condolences to Zuccala’s family and friends.
