School bus crashes in South Albany

Dougherty County officials confirm that a school bus with children on board has crashed near the intersection of Gowan Avenue and South Jackson Street. WALB has a crew headed to the scene, and will have more information as we get it. Officials first got word of the crash around 4:30 p.m. Dispatchers said ambulances were sent to the scene. At lease one other vehicle was involved in the crash.
