Antonio Shed Jr., 9, killed; Te-unna Shed, 6, Jahlana Arnold, 7, and Jahkara Arnold, 10, injured after vehicle strikes them on Leonard Avenue in Albany, Georgia

In my analysis regarding the accident that occurred at Leonard avenue that involved 4 children, here are my comments: According to the news I heard that, it was around 7.15am in the morning when the incident happened. Normally, school zone speed limit at that hour should be 25mph if am not mistaken. But, if the driver claimed that caution lights has not been activated at that time so therefore, driver can go above the 25mph. My questions to the driver are; How come you have the four children got struck at the same time to an extent that 3 survival are critically injured and other died if the driver's speed is not above normal driving mph?; Are these children crossed the road linearly or a simultaneous group crossing without the driver noticing?; The impact should be minor if only the driver concentrated while driving (that is, texting is not involve); Did the 4 children walked or ran into the road way?; if they walked and the driver his in right sense, there is a room for the driver to reduce the speed to minimize the impacts; if one of the kids had time to save others, the second before the impact could had made a difference if the driver is not driving above the regular speed limit or texting. In conclusion, the driver was driving above the regular speed limit and was texting before the incident. I observes that most motorist do not respect school zone. Times without number on Oakridge road, most motorist do not obey the school zones on the road. I do recommend a stationed Police officers be dispatched at all time before the school speed limit activated. Effective cameras should be installed at every school zones not only for student's protection but for security reasons. I am very hay you said that...because that's so right....I've walked on the path going to the scene after we got home from the hospital crazy drivers....there's also crazy drivers before they also need anstip sighn and traffic lights at the spot...I also would like to thank the people that was there for my daughters... I'm so heated that there was nothing that happened to the driver....my daughter is doing good but shell be remembering a lot of this for ever now.....what happen to symphathy???

And another thing the kids did not run out in front of him...the driver was driving fast..and there was an adult...there was three....so for you people to critisize and say there was no adult SORRY TO BUST UOUR BUBBLES..... THERES ALWAYS AN ADULT WALKING OUR KIDS....AND FOR THE ONES WHO TOLD THE NEWS. THERE WAS NO PARENTS ON SIGHT I KNOW THERE WAS....SOBTYERE FOR YOU EOPLE WHO LIED NEED TO TELL THE TRUTH....GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY!!!!!!!!! IM GLAD AND THANK GOD MY BABY GIRLS ARE OK AND JAHKARA IS HOME RECOVERING.....
