68-year-old Thomas Gerald Aldridge was riding a motorcycle on Buford Dam Road when he attempted to pass a vehicle at about 11:00 a.m. He accidentally clipped the rear of the vehicle he was trying to pass, lost control, and crashed into another vehicle. He was declared deceased at the scene.
