A 74-year-old woman injured Thursday in a two-car collision in south Forsyth County has died, the sheriff’s office said Friday. Nancy Yeakel, 74, of Johns Creek, died Thursday night at North Fulton Hospital, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.
