Glennville man killed in head-on crash in Tattnall County

A Glennville man was killed in a head-on collision in Tattnall County Sunday afternoon.

Guerrero had her children, ages 19-months-old and 5-years-old, in the vehicle along with Kevin Jacobs, 27 and Barry Ray, 28, both of Glennville.  Ray who was sitting in the front passenger seat was pronounced dead at the scene.
Fredi Osorio was driving westbound on Harmony Church Road after 6 p.m. when he drifed into the eastbound lane while negotiating a curb. He struck a vehicle driven by Stefanie Guerrero head-on. In Guerrero's car were her two children, a 19-month-old and a 5-year-old, as well as Kevin Jacobs, 27, and Barry Ray, 28. Ray was pronounced dead at the scene. All of the injured were taken to Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, where the children are in ICU for observation, Guerrero has undergone surgery, and Jacobs is listed as stable. Authorities believe Osorio may have been under the influence of alcohol or medication.
