I-95 accident victim arrested on possession charges

A driver who is not suspected of being at fault in an I-95 accident is behind bars anyway after authorities found marijuana in his vehicle, Friday morning.
The accident blocked traffic from about 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Two drivers were involved in the accident and one was arrested on charges stemming from marijuana being in his possession. The driver passed a sobriety test and marijuana was not suspected of playing a role in the accident. No injuries are believed to be life-threatening. Identities not yet released.
