Bachelor party turned rescue after boaters hoisted off sandbar by Coast Guard Air Station Savannah
The Coast Guard rescued eight male boaters, who were a part of a bachelor party, Saturday from a grounded 21-foot recreational boat on a sandbar off the coast of Capers Island, South Carolina.
Coast Guard Sector Charleston was notified a little after 2:30 a.m.
