The truck hit the passenger side of the 2008 Chrysler Sebring in the westbound lane of US-84 around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. The driver of the tractor trailer, Michael Mitchell, was not hurt.

Heather Barlow, 35, and a 10-year-old girl died following a collision between their car and a tractor trailer Wednesday morning in Climax, Georgia. A 5-year-old girl is also in critical condition. The accident occured around 7:30 a.m. on October 22 when Barlow pulled in front of the trailer on Bert Phillips Road at US-84. The 5-year-old girl was riding in the back passenger side, where the truck hit. Michael Mitchell, the driver of the tractor trailer, was not injured and will not be facing charges.
