Last year, Amber Bellows, 28, died after a BASE jumping accident in Zion National Park. Now, Bellows’ husband, Clayton Butler, has also died after a paragliding accident at Kaena Point on Oahu Thursday. The cause of death has been reported as blunt force injuries. The crash in Hawaii is currently under investigation.
