Four people in their early 20s were injured after a late-night crash on Bogus Basin Road Thursday, according to Idaho State Police.
The crash happened around 11 p.m. on Bogus Basin Road at milepost 11.
Officers say alcohol was a factor.
Idaho State Police say Zachary Thayer, 22, of Boise drove his 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix off the right shoulder of the road, hit a tree, and rolled down the hill.
Thayer and his passengers, including 20-year-old Jennifer Keller of Boise, and 21-year-old Nathaniel Archer of Boise, were transported by ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.
Police say a third passenger, Gabriel Wilhite, 24, of Boise was taken from the scene in a private vehicle and treated at a local hospital.
Officers say Thayer was arrested shortly afterward on a felony warrant out of Oregon. He is also charged with DUI, driving without privileges and failure to provide proof of insurance.
