Police identified the driver of the car as Joshua Sullivan, an 18-year-old Nampa man. He was wearing his seat belt and was uninjured. No one else was hurt.

According to Idaho State Police, Sisco was attempting to cross a street on her battery-powered mobility scooter at about 10:25 p.m. Friday when she was struck by a car.
The Idaho State Police says a 48-year-old woman has died in a collision between a motorized scooter and a car on a Caldwell street. Authorities identified the victim as Brenda Sisco, of Caldwell. According to Idaho State Police, Sisco was attempting to cross a street on her battery-powered mobility scooter at about 10:25 p.m. Friday when she was struck by a car. Police identified the driver of the car as an 18-year-old Nampa man. No one else was hurt. The accident remains under investigation.
