ISP has now released the names of those involved in the accident. They say 21-year-old Jarom Empey, of Mesa, WA was driving northbound in a 2004 Ford pickup. ISP says 28-year-old Stephanie Frazier, of Marsing, was driving soutbound in a 2011 Kia Optima. Troopers say Empey drove across the center line, and collided head-on with Frazier's vehicle.
