Updated: Coroner identifies man killed in head-on crash on U.S. 45
Mr. Rakestraw was driving a Pontiac Grand Am south at County Road 100 North when he crossed the center line, hitting the Freightliner truck head-on, state police said.
Mr. Rakestraw was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
