CHICAGO (CBS) '€” A motorist appears in bond court Thursday in Waukegan, on charges stemming from an early-morning accident Wednesday that left a motorcyclist dead. Ultsch allegedly called police and told detectives she had left the scene of the accident because she was scared. Christopher Covelli said 50-year-old Gregory Boyes, of unincorporated Antioch Twp., died at about 4 a.m. when a Toyota Avalon, allegedly driven by 34-year-old Leena Ultsch, of Antioch, struck Boyes'€™ motorcycle on Illinois 173 near North Linden Lane in unincorporated Antioch. Ultsch submitted to drug and alcohol tests, and Covelli said other charges could be placed, depending on the results.
