A preliminary investigation shows a Cadillac Eldorado, driven by a 68-year-old man from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was traveling southbound on Green Bay Road in the area of Adelaide Avenue. The driver of the Cadillac veered into the northbound lanes of traffic for unknown reasons, Covelli said.
