We see cars running through stop signs, without stopping, every day.  What on earth is wrong with people that think it is OK to do this?  Is there no respect for the law anymore?  When a sign says "stop" that is exactly what it means.  STOP!  It is NOT OK to go through a stop sign without stopping. We were nearly killed by a tan pickup truck several months ago because the ddriver did not stop at the stop sign, He was speeding very fast, heading east on Offner Road, across Center Road.  We were driving north on Center Road. Fortunately, my husband slammed on the berakes or we, too, would have been hit and most likely killed.  Drivers!  Wake up and obey the law for goodness sake.  Lindsey Schmit and her son, Caleb, did not have to die.  Words cannot even express how horrible this crash was, and how easily it could have bben avoided if only the law had been oberyed.
