Man dies after car strikes pole, flips over on Far South Side
The crash happened around 12:45 a.m. in the 1100 block of West 111th Street in the Morgan Park neighborhood, said Chicago police spokeswoman Officer Amina Greer, citing preliminary information.
A pickup truck rolled over in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the Far South Side, killing one man on Saturday. Preliminary information from police indicates that at about 12:45 a.m., the truck lost control, struck a light pole, then flipped over in the 1100 block of West 111th Street. The man, identified as Joshua Humes, 34, was discovered outside the vehicle.
