Bicyclist Critically Injured in Logan Square Hit-and-Run
A hit-and-run incident in the Logan Square neighborhood left a bicyclist critically injured Friday afternoon.
The driver of a vehicle collided with Ricardo Capistran in the 1600 block of North Talman at about 1 p.m. Capistran sustained injuries including broken ribs and fingers and a broken clavicle. Capistran is in the Intensive Care Unit. The driver was allegedly heading east on North Avenue and turned onto North Talman when the crash happened. Authorities continue to search for the driver.
