Person Hit By Metra Train While Walking On Tracks Tuesday
The train struck the person just after 8:30 a.m. near Metra's Kensington Yard facility on the far South Side, between the Riverdale and Kensington/115th Street stations. The person was transported to Stroger Hospital in unknown condition.

The Cook County medical examiner's office identified the victim as Deiz A. Allison Jr., 17, of Country Club Hills.
