A 19-year-old woman was behind the wheel of a Dodge Charger traveling on South Carpenter Street near 60th Street at about 9 p.m. when the little girl ran into the street from between two parked cars and was hit by the Charger, police said. The Charger then crashed into a parked car before coming to a stop.
