Teen airlifted after accident near Edgington, Ill.
Officials tell KWQC an 18-year-old male from Aledo, Ill was the only victim in the accident.

This morning at around 7:00, a pickup ran off the road and struck a tree on Illinois 192 just east of Edgington. The victim, an 18-year-old male from Aledo, was airlifted to a hospital in unknown condition. He was the only occupant of the vehicle. We'll update this story as more details emerge.
