The southbound vehicle, according to authorities, lost control and collided head on with another northbound vehicle driven by 75-year-old Cheryl A. Wolf of Walnut.
Walnut Woman Killed In Multi-Vehicle Wreck
According to the Illinois State Police, Wolf was driving a van that was hit head on by a car driven by a woman from Deer Grove that for whatever reason had crossed the center line. The car actually sideswiped a semi driven by a Missouri man before it hit Wolf's van.
