Two people are dead and a third person is injured in a head-on collision Friday afternoon in the 4300 block of Owen Center Road, just north of Riverside Boulevard, Winnebago County Sheriffs police said.
Victims of Friday's fatal crash ID'ed
Paul Conrad, 66, and Sheryl Andreasen, 62, both of Rockford, died at the scene of the crash at about 4:40 p.m. Friday in the 4300 block of Owen Center Road, just north of Riverside Boulevard in Winnebago County.
Not guilty plea in crash that killed 2 Rockford residents
Sean A. Rosner, 36, is accused of driving under the influence of cocaine and heroin when his car struck a vehicle carrying Sheryl Andreasen, 62, and driver Paul Conrad, 66, of Rockford.
