Byron woman dies in 2-vehicle Ogle County crash
Duke was driving eastbound on Skinner Road and reportedly entered the intersection in front of a southbound vehicle on Crestview Road, which was driven by a 16-year-old Winnebago boy. The 16-year-old struck the driver’s side of Duke’s vehicle and Duke had to be cut from the car, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
