A Gibson County man is out of jail on bond after a Friday morning crash.

At around 5:30 a.m., 41-year-old Michael Oakman allegedly struck a utility pole in front of Francisco Elementary School. Police say he was intoxicated at the time, as well as under the influence of a controlled substance.
