A man was killed and a woman hospitalized Saturday after a motorcycle crash on Interstate 69 near Exit 210 in Hamilton County. Bonnie L. McKinney was airlifted to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis where she was treated and released. Police said Curtis D. McKinney, 51, Edgewood, Ill., and his passenger, 50-year-old Bonnie L. McKinney, were thrown from the bike around 6:17 p.m. The crash shut down both lanes of southbound Interstate 69 for several hours while Noblesville police investigated it. Witnesses told police that the motorcycle was heading south on I-69 when Curtis McKinney lost control of the vehicle and crashed while attempting to slow for stopped traffic.
