17-year-old male driver and 16-year-old female passenger both hospitalized after rollover crash on County Road 200 South and County Road 1250 East in Greentown, IN

Two teens injured in rollover crash

Two other passengers in the vehicle were not hurt in the crash. All four occupants attend Eastern Senior High School.

At about 3:30pm, a car containing four Eastern Senior High School Students stopped at a stop sign, but began driving erratically through the intersection rolled off of the road and landed upside-down in a nearby field. The 17-year-old male driver claimed that he was wearing cleats at the time and that his foot stuck to the gas pedal. He and a 16-year-old female passenger were both taken to the hospital, and both had suffered a concussion in the crash. We will add more details to this accident as more information is released.
