Daniel D. English, 62, was the driver of the black 2010 GMC that was allegedly traveling 80 to 90 miles per hour when it rear-ended a stopped vehicle driven by Michael Burns, 57, of Terre Haute. Burns was pronounced dead after being transported to Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
