UPDATE: Teen dies from injuries suffered while playing 'Hostage' game
The Sheriff's Office said they were playing a game called "Hostage" about 10:40 Monday night on Dane Road just south of the bridge that crosses Highway 218. The teens were standing in the road and said they thought the approaching minivan was a friend coming to give them a ride.
Deputies said when they realized the van wasn't slowing, two could not get out of the way.
