Man involved in car crash now listed as missing after crash on North Grand Avenue in Mount Pleasant, Iowa

Troopers said Brown's vehicle then crossed the road, struck a lamppost, and came to rest in the west ditch. They said the crash ejected Brown from his vehicle. Emergency crews took Brown and Greenfield to a hospital.

The Iowa State Patrol crash report said that an occupant of that vehicle fled the scene on foot.

Authorities said Hay was a passenger in Brown's vehicle, and ran from the scene after the crash.

They describe Hay as a white male, 5'7" tall, weighing 180 pounds. He has green eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt and blue jeans.
