A Sperry, Iowa man was killed in a car wreck north of Burlington. The crash was reported around 9:15 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2016, according to a statement from Deputy Al Waterman with the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office. Waterman said 33-year-old Darin David Bush was killed in the crash on 198th Street near Sperry, Iowa.

Police say a Sperry man was thrown from his vehicle when it crashed in Des Moines County. Investigators previously confirmed 32-year-old Darin Bush was killed when the vehicle he was driving crashed in the 11000 block of 198th Street on Friday, January 22, 2016. Bush co-owned a contracting business, and he leaves behind friends and family that includes wife and two children, according to an online obituary tribute to him. Bush was found underneath the vehicle, but he was not trapped there. The vehicle was upright when it came to rest. “As the vehicle rolled over, Bush, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle,” the update said.
