Iowa State Patrol says a northbound 2003 GMC Envoy driven by Jordan M. Leeper of Woolstock went out of control in Webster City Monday night. The SUV left the roadway, striking an area of wooden posts along the road, which caused the vehicle to roll over before dropping down an 18-foot embankment. Leeper, a junior at Webster City High School, was pronounced dead at the scene.
