6-year-old among 2 killed in JoCo crash

Two people were killed, including a 6-year-old girl, in a one-car crash Wednesday night on Interstate 70 in Johnson County. Also killed was Ilana Dawn Towner, 6, also of Wellsville, who the patrol said wasn'€™t wearing a seat belt. The patrol said a booster car seat was in the car, but Dawn wasn'€™t buckled into it. The patrol said she wasn'€™t wearing a seat belt. Authorities said the crash occurred at 8:20 a.m. on southbound I-35 near Homestead Road in Edgerton.
