One killed, many injured when tire blows on van in Miami County
According to the accident report released Saturday night, Cox was driving a 2001 Ford van when his right, rear tire blew, causing him to lose control of the vehicle. The van went across the lane and into the median, rolling multiple times. It then came to rest on its top in the northbound lane.
