Lawrence woman killed Monday evening in head-on crash in Leavenworth County
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2002 GMC Sierra was eastbound on the highway when it crossed the double line, striking a 2009 Chevrolet Equinox head-on.
The driver of the Equinox, Kelly Fowler, 51, of Lawrence, was pronounced dead at the scene.
