According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, the driver of the Ranger, Patrick Shuler, swerved back into the eastbound lane after seeing a car coming at him and hit the rear of Stockton's car.

This is my daughter. She was killed on K-92, not Kentucky 92. K-92 is Kansas-92 in the state of Kansas. Facts person needs to be accurate. At least you spelled her name correctly. She got to the morgue with the wrong spelling of her first name. Only took 6 months to get that changed. Shuler was on his cell phone and was never charged in this death.
