That's where the KHP says an SUV was Southbound on Barn Road when it failed to stop at a stop sign at K18. The vehicle entered the roadway and was hit by motorcyclist Joyce Morgan, 71, of New Cambria.

The patrol said a 2017 Ford Escape, driven by 41-year-old Tonya Cruce, of Abilene, was southbound on Barn Road when she failed to stop for a stop sign at K-18.
