1 killed, 4 injured in Finney County crash

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 2:24 p.m. just west of the junction of US-50 and US-83 highways just north of Garden City. The patrol said the crash occurred when a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer sport utility vehicle was traveling west on US-50 highway and left the right side of the roadway. Upon leaving the roadway, the SUV began to roll, coming to rest on the passenger side in the north ditch. A passenger in the SUV, Yusuf B. Ibrahim, 23, was taken to St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, where he later died.
