Woman killed in Garden City hit-and-run
In a Facebook post, the Garden City Police Department says officers were called out to the 700 block of West Kansas Avenue at 6:45 p.m. Saturday night.
When officers arrived, they found 68-year-old Leonor Ubiarco-Diaz of Garden City in the roadway. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
