61-year-old Robert Jobert has been identified as the driver of a GMC truck that collided with the rear end of a van parked on the right shoulder of the road. 21-year-old Brice Grossman, had apparently been under the van changing a tire when Jobert's vehicle hit, causing the van to come down on top of him.
