21-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle at the intersection of 13th and Mosely in Wichita, Kansas

Police are investigating a hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of a 21-year-old Wichita man. Officers were called to the intersection of 13th and Mosely around 10:30 Friday night, and they found a man lying on the sidewalk.   The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and his name has not been released.
