Deadly crash between motorcycle, truck kills 39-year-old man in Winfield, police say
The Winfield Police Department says Steven Anstaett was driving a Kawasaki motorcycle east in the 2800 block of East Ninth Avenue when he collided with the back of a pickup truck.

The crash happened as an eastbound pickup driving by 81-year-old Billy McArtor was stopped waiting on westbound traffic before turning into a parking lot. A Kawasaki driving by 39-year-old Steve Anstaett was eastbound and struck the back of the stopped pickup.
