Steven Hess, 52, has died after a crash involving a dump truck and a train Friday.  He was operating a dump truck in Walton, Ky., when it was struck by a train and flipped. Hess, of Williamstown, Ky., was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival at a Cincinnati hospital. The accident occurred when Hess crossed the intersection with the train. The northbound Norfolk Southern Railroad train then struck the truck. Preliminary investigation shows that the crossing signals were in working order.
