Sebree girl, 16, killed in tumbling one-car crash

McMain and one of his passengers, Kaci Wood, 16, of Sebree, were not wearing seat belts and were thrown from the SUV, police said. Wood was pronounced dead at Union County Hospital. McMain is at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind. and listed in stable condition.

Webster softball player killed in crash

Driver charged with murder in crash that killed Webster County teen

This is not McMain's first alcohol-related arrest. In September, McMain was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, second offense and driving on a DUI-suspended license.

McMain is being held in the Union County Detention Center in Morganfield on a $1 million bond.

Man pleads not guilty in crash that killed Webster teen

McMain's not guilty plea was entered during an arraignment Thursday morning in Union County District Court, at which time a preliminary hearing was scheduled for 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 23.
